ARE HERBAL ESSENTIAL PRODUCTS NATURAL?

We are proud to say that our products are naturals and created with a minimum of 90% natural origin content ingredients in every formulation. We are also proud of what we leave out of our skincare, and so not include any of the following ingredients: 

• Mineral Oils

• Sulphates

• Tea/Dea

• Parabens

• Mit

• Urea

• Nanomaterial

• Triclosan

• Benzophenone-3

• Methoxycinnamate

• Diethyl Phthalates

• Formaldehyde



WHERE ARE HERBAL ESSENTIALS PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED

Most Herbal Essentials products are formulated and manufacturer in France. Our Rescue Revive Sheet & Eye Masks are manufactured in South Korea and our NEW Photo Finish Face Veil in manufactured in the UK. 

Are products suitable for Vegetarians or Vegans?

All products are suitable for Vegetarians.

The following products are suitable for Vegans and we have been certified by the Vegan Society.

IS HERBAL ESSENTIALS PACKAGING RECYCLABLE

All cartons, tubes and pumps are widely recyclable. Please check local recycling to see if the Rescue Revive Sheet Mask sachets can be recycled in your area. 

Can I return a product?

Goods purchased from Herbal Essentials must be returned unused, as new, within 30 days of purchase date, securely packaged.  We recommend using a recorded delivery service, just in case. Please contact info@herbal-essentials.com for more information on how to return your order, please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange. We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving them. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we’ll refund your postage and packaging costs or offer an exchange to the value of the goods plus postage. 


OTHER STOCKISTS

If you have purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to visit them directly for a return or exchange.

What is the cancellation policy?

The customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

ARE HERBAL ESSENTIALS PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS

Herbal Essentials is not tested on animals nor do our manufacture or any third party on our behalf


Do herbal essentials products contain nuts?

The following products contain nuts:

• Gentle Renewal Scrub with Walnut Shell Powder & Kaolin

If you have any concerns at all we advise that you consult your GP or pharmacist and show them the ingredient list before using any of our products.
