If you’re not happy with your product and would like to request a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase, simply email email@example.com explaining the reason you'd like to request this and proof of purchase from www.herbal-essentials.com.
We cannot refund or credit items without proof of purchase, so please include the email confirmation for your order.
Refunds exclude delivery charges.
It’s the responsibility of the customer to arrange delivery of the returned products back to Herbal Essentials.
The maximum refund amount we will issue to any customer over a 30-day period is £50.
To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:
- The maximum amount that can be refunded to each customer is £75.
- We can only accept refund or exchange once per product.
- If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we cannot issue a refund.
- We reserve the right to decline further purchase from you as our products may not be right for your skin.
- Refund payments will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt (not including shipping).
- Returned product must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy is valid only for products purchased online from www.herbal-essentials.com
Most returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
If you have purchased through one of our stockists, we are unable to arrange a refund or exchange. Please contact the stockist directly for their returns policy.
