Returns Policy

Please notify us on your intent to return your product we can be reached by email at Please include your order number and reason for return and one our customer service team will be in touch.

All UK and Rest of the World returns need to be sent to our Head Office in London:

We strongly recommend sending your purchase back to us using tracked service delivery. We are responsible for your return once it has reached our Head Office, items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please pack your return securely.

Once your return has been received by our Head Office team, we will send you an email confirmation, with a confirmation of the replacement or refund previously agreed via email.

Once you have sent your parcel, if you have not heard from us with 7 working days in the UK and 21 working days for the rest of the world, please kindly contact us on email in order for us to further investigate.

Other Stockists 

If you have purchased through one of our stockists, we are unable to arrange a refund or exchange. Please contact the stockist directly for their returns policy.
